All art is to be provided in VECTOR format which is a graphic file from Adobe Illustrator ending in .ai or .eps.
Sorry but we cannot work with .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .png, or .pdf files. If these are the only file formats you have available, please contact us regarding our pricing for converting them to vector format.
For sleeves on chocolate bars – please contact us for templates and supply files in either vector format as above or Photoshop (.psd or .pdf).
Graphic design programs such as Adobe Illustrator create objects as lines and mathematical equations. This means the graphic can be scaled infinitely while maintaining the integrity of the design and clean edges. Graphics created in programs like Photoshop or photographs use small dots called pixels to create the image. When scaling the size of the dots changes so that the result is a fuzzy image.
Yes. Please send us your artwork first so that we can quote the cost of converting the file to vectors. The cost for artwork conversion starts at $100. Once the conversion is complete you get a copy of the file for your own use.
If we have not done business with you or your company before we ask that all first orders are prepaid.
A deposit amounting to 50% of the total invoice, including shipping and taxes, is to be received before the job is started on all orders over $5,000.00 for all customers no matter how long we have been doing business.
Normal lead times are 5 to 7 business days. To get your order super fast, please expect a surcharge of up to $100 (z).
For any chocolate piece which is flow wrapped, the absolute minimum order is 1,000 pieces.
In warmer weather we ship using insulated containers with cool packs. If shipping is more than 3 days by ground you will need to upgrade to express shipping or delivery by refrigerated transport. Extra charges will apply.
We will gladly send orders to multiple addresses. Please provide all ship to addresses is a Microsoft Word or Excel document at the time of ordering. Shipping to more than 3 addresses will incur a charge of $5 (z) per address.
Once your order is in production any changes may result in a change of the shipping and/or delivery date. Changes to quantity is only permitted if you want to increase the amount ordered.
We ship by FedEx Ground or Purolator. In Toronto we use a local courier.
All orders go through a quality check before they leave our facility. If the product has been damaged in transit we will replace the damaged items at no charge or issue a refund.
IMPORTANT! To receive a credit or replacement you must leave the contents of the order in its original container, take pictures of the damage and contact us within 24 hours either by phone or email. Once the product has been unpacked it cannot be returned or refunded.
